JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess own transport.
- At lease 1-2 years of related working experience preferred.
- Diploma in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for tasks.
- Good communication skills and can interact well with all level.
- Able to work at Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Keep track customer outstanding orders & commercial related matters.
- Handling and familiarity with shipping documents for import/export and customs requirement.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Service, Application Lab, Finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Responsible for all purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiation, order acknowledgement/follow up/up-date the arrival status & record.
- Other task assigned by HOD/ Management.
OTHERS
- Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Expected start date for role: 1 January 2025
