Position description:

Responsible for providing technical expertise in the support of sales efforts.
Deep, technical expertise assisting all phases of the sales cycle and sales strategy.
Performing high quality product demonstrations
Developing new techniques, applications and product differentiators
Cultivating positive customer relationships and acting as a high level customer interface for specific instrument/applications issues.
Acting as a technical expert, explaining complex technology details, giving in depth presentations and assisting in technique development.
Supporting and providing advanced level training to customers after tool installation.
Assisting service engineer on instrument sign offs and specific application techniques.

Position Requirements -
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

Degree in Material Engineering, Physics, Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics.
Knowledge of advanced technology FA and diagnostics

Personal attributes: enthusiastic, clear communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation skill to diverse audience is critical to the success of this position.
Knowledge in surface metrology techniques, SAM, SEM or XRD will be an added advantage
Excellent customer interfacing and technical sales skills a must
Ability to interact with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Ability to travel both domestically as well as internationally and possession of a valid passport.
